- Introducing to initiative
The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has launched this initiative, which aims to qualify and hire fresh graduates for specialized jobs in the field of information technology, provided that the trainee pays the value of the training in long installments without any additional fees in case
of employment, and in case of non- employment, the trainee is not obligated to pay anything. And that’s under the supervision of both NTI and ITI in collaboration with Nasser Social Bank. For more information about the initiative, please visit the Ministry’s website by clicking on this link.
- The initiative provides specialized and distinguished technical jobs for fresh graduates to work in companies inside and outside Egypt.
- In the field of information technology, where the cost of training is very high, the trainee receives a professional qualification that will allow them to work in positions that are in high demand and are adversely affected by a lack of resources in the labor market.
- The trainee pays the value of the training in long installments without any additional fees in case of employment, and in case of non-employment, the trainee is not obligated to pay anything. And that’s under the supervision of the Ministry of Communications.
- The duration of the initiative is 6 months, and it will be as follows (3 months of training and 3 months as a maximum employment period).
- التعريف بالمبادرة
هي مبادره مقدمه من وزارة الإتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات بهدف تأهيل وتوظيف الخريجين الجدد بوظائف متخصصه في مجال تقنية المعلومات على أن يقوم المتدرب بسداد قيمة التدريب في حال توظيفه على أقساط طويله بدون أي رسوم إضافيه وفي حال عدم التوظيف لا يلتزم الملتحق بسداد أي مبالغ.

- توفر المبادره وظائف تقنيه متخصصه ومتميزه للخريجين الجدد للعمل بشركات داخل وخارج مصر.
- يحصل المتدرب على تأهيل إحترافي للعمل بالوظائف التي تعاني من ندره في سوق العمل في مجال تقنية المعلومات حيث تكون تكلفة التدريب مرتفعه جدآ.
- لا يلتزم الملتحق بسداد أي مبالغ نظير التدريب إلا بعد حصوله على الوظيفه وفي حال عدم التوظيف لا يقوم بسداد أي مبالغ ويتم التدريب والتوظيف تحت إشراف وزارة الأتصالات.
- مدة المبادره هي 6 شهور وتكون كالتالي (3 شهور تدريب و3 شهور حد أقصى للتوظيف).
- Admission conditions :
- The candidate has to be Egyptian who holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- A fresh graduate who has earned their degree within the last 5 years
The candidate has to pass acceptance/admission tests.
The candidate must be unemployed and fully dedicated upon acceptance into the initiative.
- شروط الالتحاق :
- أن يكون المتقدم مصري خريج إحدى الجامعات المصريه الحكوميه أو الخاصه أو الأجنبيه.
- أن يكون خريج بحد أقصى 5 سنوات سابقه.
- أن يجتاز إختبارات القبول للإلتحاق بالمبادره.
- أن يكون بدون عمل ومتفرغ تمامآ عند قبوله بالمبادره.
- Admission steps
- The candidate must review the selected track carefully to match their bachelor’s degree.
- After registering, the candidate will receive an e-mail with the English assessment link
- 85% is the assessment passing score, in addition to the candidate passing the HR interview
- If accepted, the candidates data will be sent to the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT), following the candidate has to start with the bank procedures
- 3 months is the training period, followed by 3 months of the hiring period
- After completing the training program, the recruitment procedures are initiated. Employment may occur during the training period
- خطوات الالتحاق :
. يجب على المرشح مراجعة المسار المختار بعناية لضمان توافقه مع درجة البكالوريوس الخاصة به.
. بعد التسجيل، سيتلقى المرشح رسالة إلكترونية تحتوي على رابط تقييم اللغة الإنجليزية.
. نسبة النجاح في التقييم هي 85%، بالإضافة إلى اجتياز المرشح لمقابلة الموارد البشرية.
. إذا تم قبوله، سيتم إرسال بيانات المرشح إلى وزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات (MCIT)، وبعد ذلك يجب على المرشح البدء في إجراءات البنك.
. فترة التدريب هي 3 شهور، تليها فترة توظيف تستمر لمدة 3 أشهر.
