Pay on Employment
No upfront fees. Pay the training value in installments only after you're hired — owe nothing if you're not employed.
MCIT-Backed Initiative
Run under the supervision of NTI and ITI, in collaboration with Nasser Social Bank.
ADMISSION
CONDITIONS
Make sure you meet all of these criteria before applying.
- 01Egyptian citizen who holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 02Fresh graduate (degree earned within the last 5 years)
- 03Must pass the acceptance/admission tests
- 04Must be unemployed and fully dedicated upon acceptance into the initiative
ADMISSION STEPS
From sign-up to placement — the initiative runs across 6 months total: 3 months of training, then up to 3 months of employment placement.
Pick the right track
Review the available tracks carefully and pick the one that matches your bachelor's degree.
English assessment
After registering, you'll receive an email with the English assessment link.
Pass with 85%+
An 85% score is required to pass the assessment, plus a successful HR interview.
Bank procedures
Once accepted, your data is sent to MCIT and you start the procedures with Nasser Social Bank.
Training phase
3 months of intensive specialized training in your selected ERP track.
Employment phase
Followed by a 3-month employment period — recruitment can begin during training too.
