Wazeefa Tech initiative

Taking the workforce development program to the next level

 

Wazeefa Tech is an initiative launched by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) and the National Telecommunications Institute (NTI) in aims of promoting specialized training in information and communications technology and thus creating new job opportunities in these disciplines.

At the end of the program, the trainee is offered a job. The cost of the program varies according to the track of choice and is covered by Nasser Social Bank (NSB), whereas the trainees shall pay the loan after their employment in installments up to three years with zero interest or extra fees.

الهدف من المبادرة

هي مبادره أطلقتها وزارة الإتصالات وتقنية المعلومات بهدف تأهيل وتوظيف الخريجين الجدد بوظائف متخصصه في مجال تقنية المعلومات على أن يقوم المتدرب بسداد قيمة التدريب في حال توظيفه على أقساط طويله وفي حال عدم التوظيف لايقوم الملتحق بسداد أي مبالغ .

    Admission Requirements

    1. The applicant must be an Egyptian holding a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
    2. To be a fresh graduate with a maximum of 5 years of graduation.
    3. To pass the exams to join the initiative.
    4. Jobless upon acceptance of the initiative.

    شروط الإلتحاق

    1. أن يكون المتقدم مصري حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس أو مايعادلها .
    2. أن يكون خريج حديث بحد أقصى 5 سنوات للتخرج .
    3. أن يجتاز إختبارات القبول للإلتحاق بالمبادره .
    4. أن يكون بدون عمل ومتفرغ تمامآ عند قبوله بالمبادره .

     

    Admission Steps

    • Select the major you want and review its requirements.
    • Register and wait for a mail with a link to the tests.
    • Passing the personal interviews that will be administered by the companies providing training and the job
    • The data of admitted will be sent to the Ministry of Communications and you will receive a message asking you to go to the bank to start the procedures.
    • Within 3 months After completing the training program, employment procedures will completed.

     

    خطوات الإلتحاق

    1. حدد التخصص الذى ترغب فيه مع مراجعة متطلباته الفنية.
    2. قم بالتسجيل وانتظر ميل به رابط للإختبارات.
    3. إجتياز المقابلات الشخصية التي ستدار بواسطة الشركات المقدمة للتدريب والوظيفة.
    4. سوف يتم ارسال بيانات المقبولين الى وزارة الإتصالات  وستصلك رسالة تطلب منك التوجه الى البنك لاستكمال اوراقك والبدء في الإجراءات.
    5. بعد الإنتهاء من البرنامج التدريبي تتم إجراءات التوظيف.

    هي إيه الوظائف اللي هشتغل فيها لما اخلص التدريب؟

    هي وظائف متخصصه جدآ في تقنية المعلومات وبيكو مستقبلها واعد والشركات اللي بتحتاج الوظائف دي هي الشركات الكبرى زي البنوك وشركات الإتصالات والمؤسسات العملاقه داخل وخارج مصر .

    مين اللى هيعينى ...قصدى الشركات هتكون زى إيه ؟...ولا انا هاخد الكورس و أدور ؟ أو أستنى

    الشركات البارتنرز لاوراكل هي اللي بتتوظف فيها ولما بيختاروك بتبدء بعدها التدريب وأيضآ ممكن الشركات اللي بتستخدم قواعد بيانات وتطبيقات أوراكل.

    بناءآ على ايه يتم الإختيار وبناءآ على ايه يتم التفضيل ؟

    الجامعه والكليه والتقدير ثم اجاده اللغه الانجليزية ثم المظهر العام والمهارات والخبرات الشخصيه السابقه سواء في الكليه أو بعد التخرج .

    ليه تم إضافة شرط التقدير فى المنحة وليه كل المتطلبات دي .. أنا شايف أن هذا الشرط غير منطقى...يعنى الحاصل على تقدير مقبول مالوش أى مكان أو فرصة لتدريب جيده وفرصة عمل محترمة حتى لو كان جاد أكثر من غيره ممن حصل على تقدير جيد أو جيد جدآ

    دي حضرتك الشروط اللي الشركات طالباها بس فيه عناصر ثانيه للإختيار مش كلها التقدير بس زي الخبرات والمهارات ولو حاصل على كورسات أو عمل مشروعات قبل كده كل دي عناصر تفضيل وإختيار

    المنحه دي شروطها كثير ليه كده

    حضرتك دي مش منحه دي مبادره مقدمه من وزاره الاتصالات و أوراكل .. المتدرب بيدفع قيمه التدريب بالتقسيط على فتره طويله من راتبه بعد التوظيف .. وده معناه ان المبادره مرتبطه بالتوظيف وعليه احنا بنشوف الشروط اللي طالباها الشركات البارتنرز لاوراكل ونختار على اساسها وبعدين ندرب المتقدمين لأن لو الملتحق ماشتغلش بيتم إلغاء القرض ولايسدد أي رسوم على الإطلاق.

    2- Track Name : Oracle Developer & Apps Developer Track

    Job Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain all customized oracle applications according to business requirement for configuration.
    • Prepare technical designs for all functional business requirements and provide support to all technical activities and prepare efficient plans for same.
    • Assist all team for feasibility analysis and participate in all development activities and perform tests on data migration and production platform.
    • Develop and customize all oracle applications and provide an effective interface for all business requirements and support to all vendors to resolve all business issues and provide assistance to all external vendor.
    • Design detail specifications for all application development and design various oracle database and evaluate all design and coding activities.
    • Prepare plans for all deployment requirements and customize all oracle applications as per requirement with help of various application developer module.

    • Responsible for translating business requirements into effective and efficient solutions for diverse and complex business problems.
